Yunan mitolojisinde Chthonophyle (Antik Yunanca : Χθονοφύλη) Kral Sicyon (adı Sikyon şehrine verilmiştir) ve Zeuxippe'nin kızıydı. O ve Hermes, Polybus'un ebeveynleridir. Dionysos ve Araethyrea'nın oğlu Phlias ile evlendi ve ondan Androdamas adında başka bir oğlu oldu. Bazı kaynaklar ise Phlias'ın annesi olarak onu gösterir.
